"A corporation is a pile of money to which a group of men swear moral allegiance." -Wendell Berry

When you realize that the long form is their way of keeping you from acknowledging that it is the pile of money you are talking to and being rejected by; not the men and women of "limited liability."

Even though our society likes to pretend everyone wants a pile of money, we ignore the reality that piles of money already have us. Those piles of money love to take people out and play with them, then throw them away. Job creation then Downsizing. Retraining. Competitive markets. Non-profit status. All are ways to torture people that make money piles bigger, especially if they can pad the bottom of the pile with bodies and get children to throw money at it.
