aaah, I think I see. You think civilized humans are still part of life, but I think that contemporary civilization separates humans from their living existence. Yes, the output of living things is soil, but the output of civilization is death and toxins that kill soils.

I apologize for my facetiousness about stakeholders, but on this side of the pond, "stakeholder" is too often used to pretend that moneyed interests give a shit about nonmoneyed interests, so when someone here says "stakeholders", they mean the ownership class driving development survey stakes into perfectly good farms to build more McMansions that "investors" will outbid each other to trap families with debt and taxes they themselves never pay.
