Anytime someone makes a statement about Trump (including myself), I replace "Trump" with "Americans" and re-read it. He is an emergent phenomenon of what America really is: oblivious, privileged, selfish, fanatically competitive and a competitive fanatic. He's only the visible end of a long causal chain between the rich aristocrats and the poorest wage slaves. It's all in the marketing, and it's ALL marketing: tax deductible moral terpitude stealing our attention and resources in order to consume the planet at an ever-accelerating rate while people stumble into each other wondering what Life is about. They do so because the system wants them to stumble about. Stumbling about people buy more stupid shit.
