As you transition from meeting the demands of others to serving your own life, you may want to research the medical term "executive function". Many people don't realize how much we use other people's external demands to determine our scheduled tasks, and how difficult it can be to do so without those daily pressures. I wonder about the farmers who can't retire, or the teachers who refused to do so, and how much is because they don't know how to set and stimulate their own schedules.
