Did you take notes in your life to come up with this list?

I like the lack of unnecessary references and credentialling (’Sigmund Freud said..’ 'Neitze said..’, etc.). It came across perfectly personal and useful instead of typically academic or authoritative. Maybe that’s from talking to your sister..☺
