IQ, then, has nothing to do with whether a thing is evil. Like other weapons/tools, it’s just an influence on the scale or effect of the implementation. Skepticism (the counterpart of evil) is socially gradated, usually discouraged in 'progressive' technosocieties and religions: making evil usually proportional to technological economic success. The easier technology makes life, the more power Time, Money and Hubris take from people and their places.
