How about we ban bullies and coercion? In other words, ban "authority" and advertising, as well as all use of threats, fears, inducement, and other weakness-exploitation systems.

Why even do we need to consider it? Because civilization itself is so fanatically competitive to be INconsiderate. The System of systemic bullying doesn't care how it grows more inconsiderate systems; just as long as it keeps people from thinking. "Pass a law" is easier than getting people to consider why they think a gun is going to solve a problem, or why they feel so alone in solving problems that a gun (or mean business practices) are their best choice.
