I can do it in two or three sentences.

1. Understand the pivot points and put all real costs for consumption at the point of purchase (all overhead as sales tax applied at every point of sale, including financial transactions) so that people can make completely informed decisions about their actions as consuming and productive beings.

2. Pay people to be citizens with universal basic income from that sales tax, with incentives that prioritize future resources and natural symbiosis, paying those closest to the dirt the majority share of revenue.

3. Eliminate political competition (and the corruption of the 'income' tax codes) by selecting representation via lottery and adjusting literacy education accordingly.

The rest will work itself out over time.

In the immediate political arena, the first step is here: Fairtax.org. Yes, it's mostly supported by the Right at this point because the Left doesn't understand that a dead planet is more regressive than sales taxes.
