I guess that the ratio and rate of change will be the key in the big picture. Crypto is basically a bet against normal fiat dollars, but so are a lot of things (beans, gold, bullets, land), and switching currency to the aether as well demands the reliable existence of the money building and maintaining that aether. Since money is an agreed upon value system among people, it also depends on people making reliable and stable agreement. I submit that crypto is falling because people are failing to maintain civil agreement, and many are withdrawing from speculating on humanity itself.
