I like this story very much. Thank you. When I have looked back at the frustrations of love and friendships with women and men, I keep coming back to the elementary school scenarios where we were taught to engender everyone instead of, well...not. From the shy child using gender as an excuse to not talk to a friendly classmate to the bullies teasing if you do. The full spectrum of life is engendered, and usually with a price tag that's pink or blue. As we've seen in the history of the hippies, nothing terrifies the PTB like people eschewing stereotypes and freely sharing and caring.
