I misread the sign at first. I thought it said "Mexican Will Food". Kinda made a certain sense-nonsense.
The last line is saddening. Some of the circumstances as to why an ex-government official's son was working as a 'board member' reflect the questionable integrity of the system that put Orange Sherbet in the White House. If you can't trust politicians, who can you trust, right? The convoluted paths of corruption are dismissed as "conspiracy theory", but little actually happens in government's convoluted bureaucratic maze unless people conspire to obviate the rules. This bureaucratic arms race leads to distrust by the public and even more corruption in overfurnished offices. Once you're in, the massive circular flow lifts all government and NGO boats. We're supposed to be enthralled with their morality and integrity while no evidence of either is apparent. All boats are floating on so much lobbyist money that we don't even flinch at the loss of honesty. 4 trillion dollars without an economic plan? No prob. It's all just MMT, doooooodes!
