I would like to see your second part based on the budgets and education of rural vs. urban Americans, with a substantial amount of time analyzing the enlisted military aspects and the prospects of actually getting to college (not getting ‘in’, but getting through the gauntlet without a family member who has experience with it and with “career counselors” who would rather be anywhere else).
