I like the clock test idea. Maybe there should be a cat scan, as well (if my cat doesn't like them, they are out :) If it eats them, they're too old to function.

In a society based on Competition, with a colonizing bent to the mean Mean being in charge, you might as well ask, "How mean is too mean?" or "How stupid is too stupid?", "How nice is too nice?", or worse: "How religious is too religious?"
