Ironically, the Presidential power within white borders is limited (supposedly) by Congress and Judicial oversight. Outside our borders, not so much (CIA, NSA, War powers, Global Imperialism, etc). Outside our borders, however, whiteness has competition. Borders are the fences of the playground that ensure bullies control their environment. In America, there are plenty of environments under whiteness, but the primary one is marketing. White colonizers can’t steal land and bodies, so now they steal attention, time, minds, identity and future people’s bodies(debt-based economics). Everyone helps them by working for them and buying their cheap crappy food and goods.
