It seems to me that the dynamic charging is looked at the wrong way. Instead of transmitting energy to a receiver coil in the car, the systems should simply be more like the driving mechanism for bullet trains. Just propel the vehicle as though it is the armature for a linear motor, and program the drive system to capture charge by resisting as it needs. The system would be a synchronous linear motor type drive, with perhaps the ability to use a sync system in the vehicle to minimize hum or cogging effects.
