It took a while to get a copy. I just waded through the 1st chapter. It's dated, male centric, but that was the early 80s. I'm not surprised, but still angered a bit how he glosses right over the fact that "corporate morality" is an oxymoron, even as he points out that it is. Right off the bat, he's saying, "To work in corporate management, leave personal morality at church".
