A great job, Sean, but there is a circumstance where procrastination isn’t all that bad: technology support roles during development. It’s been my experience (and others’) that if you procrastinate, you save yourself a lot of rework. Let the Creatives and Managers cringe and whinge about why you aren’t delivering on their timeline: they will change the design at the last minute anyway, and that’s when you put in your best effort to save their asses (see ‘Scotty’).

On personal issues, I agree that you shouldn’t procrastinate. You should throw those dirty clothes out and get new ones that come already folded in the replicator ;)
