If you aren't smiling at the failure of humanity, you're insane (detached from reality). The only thing humanity has added to the planet is an entertainment factor, and the price for admission is horrendous, but it's what we have to laugh about now. Our species is Drunk Stupid on petroleum and money "Oh my god, you are SUCH an idiot!! Hahahahahah!"
We can talk about ratios , but the bottom line is that humanity created cities so it didn't have to face reality's risks and responsibilities (to contribute more than we take).
