Since raisins are dehydrated grapes, isn't this just ultimately, grape juice? ;)

I only ask because I have some seedy grapes that are past picking time, and wondering what to do with them. Should I turn them into raisins, or just squish them to feed my liver (which is apparently going to hell)?
