Some days, I'm all about piling on.

In the early '90s, I spent a lot of time in Floriduh working for LCCCs (Lyin' Cheatin' Connivin' Contractors). Way back then, I was telling people not to live in Florida (maybe I was also influenced by the stupid actions of my ex). I almost ended up there myself, but for my own stupid actions (dumb luck, actually).

"Florida Man" is often the meme of idiocracy, but we need to remember that there is a high percentage of people who thought living in Florida would be better than (insert another state here) for some reason. Often, it was to get out of paying income taxes. Some just wanted to spend their lives being drunk and shooting at shit.

I don't think we should really care what happens to Florida at this point. Give it to Cuba in exchange for doctors and nurses.

Hell, give it to Russia in exchange for Ukraine.

Maybe they'll improve the rocket launch reliability.
