The heat and storms are going to do the first rounds of communication. It's up to everyone to decide how threatened the future is and where they will draw the lines, how they will work together to strike, fight or simply build a new system when this one collapses under the weight of its luxuries and competition. It's going to be difficult to build a new society while the old collapses. There will be plenty of violence going around even without the revolution. Find the useful people wherever you can and stick them together.
