The problem with the suburbs is the oblivious colonialism that’s ingrained in the System of systems that supports them. It’s not the cookie cutter houses and people: it’s the cookie cutters of the Empire that are the problem: sold by urbanites to support their urban money quests while the flow of resources is extracted from the land, sea and air without any creative human contribution going the other direction.

The suburbs are simply a place to store the consumers, cars and the trinket overflow while cities steal humanity’s time and attention in useless anthropocentric endeavors.
