The rich get richer and the poor get poorer because we work for them and buy their stuff. Mr. Bloomberg: if you endorse the FairTax plan, and increase the rate and prebate, as well as a government-run universal health system, paid for to start with your money…then you might have a chance to be something new. What’s really your risk as a rich person spending a bunch of money? Will this run for president put you in bankruptcy? Are you willing to put your life’s accumulated wealth on the line to fight against everything that made you rich (exploitation of fears, the income tax codes, government favors, cheap food and widespread ignorance of science and education)?
It isn’t Trump you have to fight. It’s the blind belief that America is always right and religious humans are the kings of an anthropocentric universe.
If you win, you will be presiding over a country in a steep fall from grace as the climate asserts new disasters upon coastal cities and Midwest farm fields. At some point, we are going to have to deal with new disease outbreaks from increasing populations and poor health, and economic delusions that have set everyone up for complete loss of livelihood (imaginary money based on imagined value and massive government debts). There just aren’t enough resources available to increase the economy to tax it and pay off the promises left for our grandchildren. Something will have to give and it won’t be the laws of nature.
Republicans preach to the deluded choir about Growth, Low Taxes and Patriotic Correctness (fanatical nationalism). What’s your alternative?
