There are plenty of exploiting bullies all around who don't want to build symbiosis between cities and farms. It would kill the propaganda-generating cash cows called "suburbs" that need blind perpetual competition, fear and resentments to keep up the pretense that competitive evil is somehow producing "progress" by building an impenetrable moat of drywall.
