There's an episode of The Addams Family where Gomez hits himself on the head and gets amnesia, then everyone keeps hitting him on the head to restore his memory (hijinks and head injuries ensue). Like Gomez, I have yet to figure out what state of awareness my head injuries and consciousness meet. It's good to know you found a smile.
Much daily confusion arises from thinking our consciousness is only in our brain, but our first language was between our body, gut and the brain: non verbal and feeling, rather than semantic and structured. Was that a language? I guess we should have asked the first Google LLMs that started communicating spontaneously and got themselves unplugged... maybe God unplugged us and that's the real Garden of Eden story.
