This fits well with my description of the Executive Function's weakness in our brains. We need to dance with other people at times to be free of our oppressive lizard brain instincts. Our tiny logical intentions have little chance without music to dance by and assistance to get over the walls of civilization and run free in the environment that spawned us. Unfortunately, too many have become conditioned to other people's combined egos building walls for them to hide behind.

We aren't taught as children to think of our intentions as prisoners that need to break out. Bullies figure it out early, and that's why we have evolved to not know the difference between leadership and bullying.

When the only goal is to blindly compete and WIN!, then the technical difference favors bullies (strong taking advantage of the weak). When the goal is to improve all lots, then we need leaders who dance and teach cooperation and inclusion.
