This is all well and good if the goal is to just put more animals in CAFOs(cities) to sing Kumbaya, but access to the resources, as you point out later, is the key. Unless we put the needs of soil and places ahead of human needs, then even perfect harmony among humans still runs into a resource wall. Freedom to pursue our desires (happiness) sounds great until the oil runs out or the climate becomes unstable. These are exacerbated by inequalities, but the fundamental failure is the alienation of human usefulness from Nature's living value and needs. Money alienates value from reality, and civilization alienated human work from its environment. We keep building morality trollies to run over the soil, presuming human privilege. Human intentionality is being tested, and we are failing spectacularly with every new spectacle.
