This is why I try to explain cooperation vs competition. The individual human is a myth when it comes to intentional behaviors for our own good. No, you can't explain it to anyone still believing in their individualism (that came mostly from marketers). ,They have various imaginary superegos to prop up their individual ones (as long as they pay dues and go to the meetings/job/games). Everyone just thinks I am insane anyway, so I'm not threatening to Team Ego.
