Too complicated. I'll boil it down for you.
Human: a primate that builds a model of the universe inside its brain, and upon physical maturity, moves a model of itself inside that model and avoids reality at all costs.
Evil: an action taken based on an unquestioned belief.
Politics: the actions taken by elected or dictatorial leaders based on the choices of the above described humans, who are grown and nurtured under tax-deductible systems that steal their attention and teach them to be fanatically competitive consumers of goods.
Civilization: a system that isolates humans from the risks and responsibilities (response ability) of the natural world.
If you want Change, keep it in your pocket. The opposite of fanatical competitive capitalism is simply sales taxes. The value of humans as citizens under capitalism can be negotiated and paid as UBI.
People need enough resources at hand to feel the illusion of being free to choose, and they need the actual cost of consumption to be VISIBLE AT THE DECISION POINT, not buried in propaganda and emotive guilt language or elementary school field trips.
