I appreciate your hard work and long consideration of the economic systems, but I think you can simplify it: VAT on all goods and services(especially advertising) high enough to include all overhead costs of civilization(city-based societies), including UBI, health, education, defense and risk distribution.
Cooperation(especially with Nature) and generosity would be the primary educational focus, and instead of wealth restriction, a sortition-based representative government that limits individual or mob power.
L E Modessitt wrote a passable SF story called "Haze" that describes an alternative system, even if it has some deus ex machina bent to enabling freedom to build it.
