Very good work. Thank you for sharing this. I would highlight more, but that gets too close to some personal truths that, like you, It's better to usually avoid. As I've been saying lately, "Competition paints the targets; Resentment pulls the trigger."

Too many are looking to blame the trigger and the resentments without digging into why everything in our lives has to be a death match competition over all of the (usually profit-based) bullshit that individuates a species of pack creatures. We cancel people because, for some reason, we see them as combatants and they act like combatants. Times aren't going to get better unless we stop following the paths that make things worse.
