When at Pax River in the 80s, a friend who's girlfriend worked at the Smithsonian got us tickets to a talk by Gen Yeager. My favorite was when he said he couldn't be in the astronaut program and be strapped on top of a 6 million pound stick of dynamite because he didn't go to college. "I'm kinda proud of that fact."
