Yes, that’s why I said “minimum”. “Minimum decency” should not be the modus operandi anywhere. Maximum decency to the future would require the dissolution of most of today’s cultural behaviors. Long road to that, I’m afraid. Replacing competitive consumerism with cooperative usefulness is probably not going to happen without catastrophic failure.
