You do some great work, but “while earth isn’t at the same risk” is not entirely true. We don’t really know what lurks under the thinnest layer of our crust, or what will be awakened by the exponential warming we are triggering now. It took millions of years to lay down those beds of fossil fuels. There is little reason to believe that our systematic suicide is going to slow down at all. The significant difference between earth and Venus will probably be the existence of fossils in our rocks.
